"We travelled all the way from Australia to stay in pismo beach and wanted somewhere we could cook our own food. We loved this place such a nice clean place and in the best location close to everything we needed.

"We really enjoyed our stay in Pismo. The location was great and we had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. This condo is on the main street just a few blocks up from the pier and the beach. It had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a place to park the car and walk to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with finding a parking spot.

The traffic noise at night is quite loud, but we adjusted after the first night. Also, it is VERY bright in the morning because the bedroom windows are not fully covered."

On the down side, it is on a busy street and is rather loud. The bedroom windows are not fully covered so plan on being woke up early every morning with the sun."

Two parking spaces so no hassle with on street parking. Roomy for our family - 4 adults, 2 children. Good choice and reasonable rate!"

"This unit is in a beautiful, quiet, gated condo building one block from the center of fun Pismo Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. Pismo has many great restaurants and a wonderful beach but also is central to many other of the SLO County fabulous beach and inland communities including many great wineries. "Unit 301 is our favorite vacation location in Pismo!! It's comfortable and clean! The recliners in the living room make reading and TV viewing very comfortable and are a real plus for this unit. Wireless Internet is an improvement over the previous ethernet connection. Staff has been very responsive to any request we've had. Thank youBillie and Coastal Vacation!"

"We have stayed in this unit every Jan/Feb since 2001! Comfortable and convenient, single level with elevator. Love the two recliner for reading and TV watching. Maybe need to upgrade the TV in living room and go wireless instead of Ethernet cord. It's a perfect Pismo stay!"
