One covered & one uncovered parking space included. Master bedroom has king bed. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Sleeps 6. Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday, during summer. Monthly rental during winter.
Rate does not include Security deposit, Cleaning Fees, Booking Fees or Tax. Holidays are Summer Rates. Summer & Holidays have a 3 night minimum, Winter reservations have a 2 night minimum, except properties that are Weekly or Monthly only.
