"I've stayed here before years ago and since then they have completely redone. Pictures listed don't do it justice and are not updated! New bathrooms upstairs! New carpet and new furniture downstairs! Also, the guest bedroom had a double bed and one twin, not two twins as listed. Will stay here again!"

"We rented 2 condos and celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We loved everything about our stay. Highlights were the Oceano Melodrama, the SLO Farmers Market, the Pismo Bowling Alley, the great restaurants, the close proximity to everything, and the friendly environment. It was the best vacation ever!"

"2nd year to stay in 118. Love condo, but again not clean to reasonable expectations. Refrigerator not clean, light bulbs not working, dining chandelier switch not working, windows VERY dirty, washed ourselves. Windows should be cleaned with vinegar!!!"

"My wife and two kids and I had a nice stay at this property, primarily because it was so conveniently located. I'm completely dissatisfied witht the management company, though. We had several occassions to speak with them and found them to be rude, unhelpful, and a big disappointment. I believe they were called Coastal Vacation Rentals or something like that."

"Keys wouldn't unlock storage area in front of condo & no one came to help, so had to go buy charcoal & lighter fluid which might have already been there. Also, the downstairs has been beautifully redone but the shower door is STILL hanging by a thread and it's been 6 yrs. since we've requested a more sturdy door, esp. with children in the unit. Dryer takes 2 hrs. to dry a load of towels, even after I clean filter after 60 minutes- it should have been replaced when the washer was. Otherwise, it's a bit of heaven! I always leave a bit of a gift....this time it was foil, plastic ziplock baggies, and new hotpads, dishrags, and dish towels. Next yr. it will be Tupperware and larger drink glasses....thanks for the survey & opportunity to help you improve!"
