Both kitchen and living room windows have beach and ocean views. Common areas include a outdoor patio with new gas grills, utility room with private storage plus washer and dryer. The sidewalk in front ends in the sand.
Rate does not include Security deposit, Cleaning Fees, Booking Fees or Tax. Holidays are Summer Rates. Summer & Holidays have a 3 night minimum, Winter reservations have a 2 night minimum, except properties that are Weekly or Monthly only.
