A dining area allows for family dinners. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, a flat panel TV, and a fireplace. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds. A bonus room creates a quite place to relax and enjoy the views of Pismo Beach. A washer/dryer are included in the villa. A large luxury courtyard, equipped with a fireplace, is available for your use and is a great place for entertaining. Also available for your use is a shared BBQ area. There is assigned parking in the parking garage.
Rate does not include Security deposit, Cleaning Fees, Booking Fees or Tax. Holidays are Summer Rates. Summer & Holidays have a 3 night minimum, Winter reservations have a 2 night minimum, except properties that are Weekly or Monthly only.
