Downstairs is equipped with a futon and a twin XL bed. Family room has a computer desk, wireless internet and a TV. The living room is equipped with a TV/DVD. The house also has an electric BBQ outside on the patio. There is an enclosed sitting area with extensive ocean views that allows one to relax and enjoy the views of the ocean. Rate does not include Security deposit, Cleaning Fees, Booking Fees or Tax. Holidays are Summer Rates. Summer & Holidays have a 3 night minimum, Winter reservations have a 2 night minimum, except properties that are Weekly or Monthly only.
