This newly updated condo has been redesigned to sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms (plus flexible sleeping options), and has 2.5 bathrooms.  Located a few short steps to family fun at the beach, as well as local wineries and outdoor entertainment, this condo is sure to be a hit for families or a couples' getaway.  Many convenient items are provided for families with small children.  There is parking for 2 large vehicles and an elevator to the main floor.

The gourmet kitchen has many convenient cook's tools, place settings for 12, child-friendly placemats, as well as cloth napkins and table cloths to create an elegant dining table.  The spacious living area has plenty of seating, gas fireplace, and features a built-in entertainment area with a top of the line 55" LCD flat panel TV, bar area with dual wine fridges-perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Options:

• Master Bedroom: The elegant master bedroom is furnished with a Cal King canopy bed, eco-friendly "Keetsa" mattress, mirrored night stands, and a cozy seating area with down-filled lounge chairs, and a flat panel TV (two extra folding beds can be set up in master)
• Queen Bedroom: The Queen bedroom features eco-friendly bed, a classic rocking chair, and space for portable crib (provided for your convience), and large closet for storing luggage.
• Twin Bedroom: The third bedroom has 2 twin XL beds that can be clipped together to make a King (one extra folding bed can fit between beds).
• Extra Beds: Two portable folding twin bed frames and 5" thick folding foam mattress provide the flexibility for guests to sleep in living room or tucked into another bedroom.
