Living room has a fireplace, TV/DVD, and Hi-speed internet. There is a patio with setting with a view of the pool. 2 parking spaces. Unit sleeps 5, rents weekly only- Saturday-Saturday, rents only during the Summer.
Rate does not include Security deposit, Cleaning Fees, Booking Fees or Tax. Holidays are Summer Rates. Summer & Holidays have a 3 night minimum, Winter reservations have a 2 night minimum, except properties that are Weekly or Monthly only.
