"Wonderful "

"It was with some trepidation we did our first VRBO rental, but we figured we would give it a try! Worked out well, as we were in the middle of town, beach was an easy walk, we had parking on the site, and the place was nice!

ONLY negative for me was the bed was NOT supportive for a big man! Was WAY too soft, they really need to put in a FIRM mattress, not a super soft feather beddy type! I would have given this 5 stars if it had a decent foam firm mattress, instead of the puddle of goo we had. My wife said she felt "nestled down in the pit", but for me, just saggy as heck.

So, the BAD is that it is a pain to get into/out of the driveway, as streets are hella narrow, folks park WAY too close to the driveway and it is hard to make the turn in and out.

I would have liked an auto ice maker, but they did have trays and ice was fast.

"We were in the area on a work project for a couple of weeks. This place suited our requirements and had most all that you would expect. Some things that were available were the laundry in the unit, 2 bdrms/1.5 baths, full kitchen with most of what you would need, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric range and oven, microwave, cable tv, and wifi. It is in a great location with great on-site parking. Walking access to the pier and downtown Pismo are just a couple of blocks away. "

"My husband and I stayed in this nice condo during his 6 weeks work at Diablo Canyon. I loved this Unit #7 at 220 Ocean View. It is noisy (Loud trucks and motorcycles) but worth it because of it’s location. It has been recently renovated and it is high end. While we were there Nov. 12–Oct.31, 2020., a new Master bedroom mattress was delivered and set up for us. The master bedroom floor slopes downhill toward the head of the bed, so we just flipped our heads the other way and it was all good. We have stayed at 12 different condos over the years, and this was one of my favorite. It’s cozily snuggled in several units and just seems very safe. Great value for this condo. It’s upstairs, but that wasn’t a a negative for us. Short easy walk to downtown and the beach. The staff at Coastal is great to work with once is hand knows what the other hand has told you. Looking forward to coming back to Pismo Beach .

"We really enjoyed the location of the condo but it needs updating. It has very old appliances and furniture. The listing was not accurate because it does not have a sofa bed. They gave us an air mattress upon request but would rather had the sofa bed for guests bc of space. The king size mattress was not very comfortable but we made it work for our stay. There were not many furnished places available for our entire stay or we would likely have chosen a different place. It was fine for our family of 4 , but it is very small. It is walking distance to anything in downtown Pismo Beach, so we loved that. The staff at the rebtal office were friendly and helpful. "

"Other than the noise level on the weekends and some obnoxious vacation renters in the adjacent units I have been quite satisfied. I am still staying here. I have a 6 months lease. I will provide more feedback when I move out. thanks. "
