With an ocean-front park and access to a quaint, quiet pebbly beach at the end of the block this fully upgraded, and equipped vacation rental home in famous and historic Pismo Beach is a perfect home-away-from-home. Shell Beach is the sleepy northern half of Pismo Beach, with a thriving village of shops and wonderful restaurants. This area is currently undergoing a streetscape beautification effort expected to last through Spring 2020. The home has the main living level on the ground floor, along with the three-quarter bath (shower only) and laundry area. The living room has comfy leather furniture, a gas fireplace, and a giant flatscreen TV, with DirecTV service included. Private wifi network is available throughout the home. The second floor has both bedrooms, one of which is loft-style and overlooks the living room below, and the full bath (tub only). Both bedrooms have a queen bed. All linens for use in the home for sleeping and bathing are provided. A small starter supply of paper products, soaps, and detergents are provided but are not replenished throughout the stay. There is an enclosed, private backyard accessed off the dining area, near the kitchen. The kitchen has a beautiful granite pattern with high-quality appliances. It's fully equipped with everything for everyday cooking and dining, but only a limited supply of long shelf life items like salt, pepper, and oil. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, the garage is currently not available for tenant use. MONTHLY ONLY. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

"We were very happy with our first impression of this two bedroom home. It is nicer than the pictures show. Nicely decorated. Also, it's location is great. Just a couple of miles from downtown Pismo. And getting on the 101 is easy in either direction.

The ocean is literally 1 block away. Getting onto the beach is a bit longer. a
Almost every nice evening lots of folks congregate at Ocean Blvd. to watch the sunset. Imagine Keydets but on the pacific. The people in the Shell Beach area are easy to talk with. We have several new friends.
Would we want to stay here again?....Absolutly."
