"The accommodations were magnificent. The rooms were spacious well designed kitchen area had everything you can imagine for your need. We enjoyed the atmosphere on the fireplace a quiet place to read and relax. I’m looking forward to going back."

"Originally I was excited to have this beautiful Air B&B because of location. The bride was getting married across the street at Giuseppe's garden banquet area. The home with perfect! Walking in there was a long dining table perfect to place the necessary makeup and accessories! Walk in further, the front room area was perfect for hanging the dresses to steam. The quaint front room was cozy for the girls to laugh and enjoy one another. The outdoor patio overlooked the main street in PISMO and thus they bride and her girls walked out to cheering well wishes! The two bedrooms are beautiful and beds comfy for a great night sleep the day before the wedding. This was the perfect location because the HOME was perfect! Everything you needed was available. This is the perfect location in Pismo to walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. I can't wait to return to enjoy family time here!"

"The rental was very well furnished, including the kitchen. Quiet. Not far from beach, but no view of beach. Location of barbeque was inconvenient. Garage security was excellent."

"Very nice and comfortable stay. Providing some feedback to the 4 star items in the list below:
1-Some minor maintenance items need to be taken care. The guest room door seems a little dropped and the latch can't get aligned with the frame. Door is not fully closed shot due to that reason. The guest bathroom shower faucet pin is overdue and leaking when adjusting the water direction between bathtub and shower head. Lastly, it is recommended to use the windows since there is no A/C; however, the guest room windows were not available to use. There was a warning sign not use them. I think these important fixes to be taken care to keep the guest room and bathroom up to date.
2- The kitchen stove area, countertop, the spice container, and some of the shelves of the fridge were not spotless clean. There was residue of oil and food crumbs. "

"Overall, this is a nice place to stay. Location can't be beat. Actual unit was spacious & decorated nicely (great tilework). Large library of books. Protected garage parking was also very nice, especially during the July 4th weekend.

Was a little noisy with trucks in the early am or nightly rowdy diners on the street being on Price St side, & I was a little misled by the marketing of this unit. It wasn't clear that this unit had absolutely no view of the ocean from the unit. You had to walk out the door & down the walkway to see just a small glimpse of the ocean. We saw pictures of tables on a rooftop deck with an ocean view which wasn't accessible to us so that was disappointing. Also the guest BBQ grills are hidden behind the dumpsters in the unprotected parking lot which doesn't really make for a fun BBQ experience.

The beds were a little hard & my husband had back pain after our 3 nights. The dishes, glasses & utensils were dirty, almost like the cleaning crew unloaded a dirty dishwasher. Though, the glasses were so dirty & scratched up that the Prop Mgmt Co had to replace all of them our first day. They also replaced an inoperable hair dryer. Don't be fooled by the sign about plush robes in the closet, because they don't exist. Some of the bath towels were old, dingy, & one had huge holes in it. There was also a huge layer of dust on the light fixtures & ceiling fans, I almost wanted to get up there to clean them myself. But since I paid a $150 cleaning fee, I will leave it up to the Prop Mgmt Co.

Also, you will have to bring your own board games or deck of cards for group entertainment because there's nothing in the unit. I went to the Price St Market down the street to buy a deck of cards. The TVs & AV system are small and antiquated by today's standards and were not user-friendly so we used my laptop to watch movies & listen to music.

"We chose to stay at Valentina for my son's wedding. He and his new wife are CalPoly alum. The rehearsal dinner was at Tolosa winery and the wedding was at Biddle Ranch Vineyard. It was an easy drive to both venues. We all enjoyed walks on the beach and breakfast at the Old West Cinnamon bakery. Family members were from Maryland, Washington DC, Columbus Ohio and Sacramento. And we were able to watch the St. Anthony's Day parade from the balcony. A great time was had by all!"

"We completely lucked out in booking this place. We came for our daughter's graduation from Cal Poly, and it also happened to be the Pismo Car Show. The location of Valentina is perfect; within walking distance of downtown Pismo stores and the beach. Could watch the car show from our balcony. Plenty of room for 6! Very clean and quiet. We have already booked it for next year's car show!"

"When you plan on staying in Pismo for more than a month, Valentina is the place to stay. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The open floor plan was great! Probably the most important asset for an extended stay is a comfortable bed, and the bed in the master bedroom was excellent! We had no trouble getting a full night’s sleep. Valentina is clean and well-maintained.
Valentina is a secure property with gated parking and is within walking distance to the pier, beach, shopping and many great restaurants!
The management company office, Coastal Vacation Rentals, is one block away and were very responsive when we had questions or concerns. We’ve used Coastal Vacation Rentals since 2001, and they are the greatest!

"Everything was excellent, very clean, well equipped, beautiful condo. The master bedroom is large and the closet can fit a pack 'n play in it (important to everyone traveling with little kids). If your kid sleeps better than mine, there is also plenty of room for a pack 'n play near the bed in the master. Everything in Pismo is really close, so this was super easy to walk to everything."

"Unit was clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a large family gathering for Cal Poly graduate weekend, as we rented 2 units in the same complex. Only negatives were a) hideaway bed not very comfortable, b) windows face Price Street so got a little noisy in the morning when the garbage truck went by. High end amenities, nice furniture, nice linens for bed and bath."

"Great location close to great restaurants, a couple blocks to the beach and pier. Management company is 1 block away and was there when we needed them. the unit was very nice, quiet spacious and well appointed. Very secure location with gated access and a gated parking garage. I plan to stay here again next time I am in the area."

"I rented 2 suites for my family to stay in during the week of my daughters wedding on the central coast. Several of the wedding guests also rented suites for the weekend. I was very pleased with the accommodations and the location of the property. My only complaint (2 weeks after my stay) is that my inquiries about my deposits have not been answered or returned."

"It visited with my husband and three children and it was lovely having the washer/dryer ready with detergent and dryer sheets! We never made use of the boogie boards and bikes, but it was great having them there! The apartment was very nice. The only complaint I would have (having a baby) was that the floors needed a better scrubbing before we came. They appeared totally clean, but my feet turned black after only a few minutes of walking around. Otherwise the apartment was very clean. It would also be nice to have a vacuum, rather than just a broom and swiffer (or a proper mop) given the amount of sand that children tend to trek into the house, not to mention the food that always ends up on the floor!"

"One item that is unfortunate. I understand that you provide your current guests first pick for the following year, but when someone is willing to stay for more consecutive days in a preferred room they should get an opurtunity to have the room."

"This is an excellent location. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Very large, nice kitchen and livnig areas. Unfortunately the first day and night of our stay we did not have hot water. This was quickly fixed by the next day maintenance dept, however, it did put a glitch in our plans as e could not take showers for the whole first 24 hours. A great plus is this rental is right across the street from our favorite winery tasting room, Sans Leige. "

"Unbelieveably Beautiful! We actually thought it was a different location in front of the beach by the pier so we were bummed for a whole 3 minutes until we got to the actual location...& we were so pleased. We had 4 adults & 7 children in the unit. The size of the master bedroom was amazing & so big all the kids wanted to sleep on the floor in there. The convenience of the 2 pull out sofas was also wonderful. We have already told all of our family & friends to go there. We brought guests from Australia with us & they were greatly impressed! We would definitely stay again."
