Why not live where you would vacation? This 3 bedroom/1 bathroom is located just outside the touristy Downtown Pismo Beach but still close enough for an easy walk to the beach, the pier, and all the shops and restaurants. Very close access to the 101 freeway and Price Canyon makes commuting from Pismo as convenient as possible. Downstairs is one bedroom furnished with a twin bed and has a closet under the stairs, the laundry room that has full size washer and dryer, sink, ironing facilities, and plenty of storage. A back door leads to a small outdoor space with citrus trees. Upstairs is the main living area with open floorplan, the kitchen, living room, and dining room are all one open space and a hall leads to the other bedrooms and bathroom. The living room has a TV with cable, and Wi-Fi is provided. The bathroom has a single sink and a shower only, no bathtub. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and large closets and the other had a set of bunk beds with a twin on top and a full on the bottom but does not have a closet. No off-street parking. Utilities included but capped.
