"Check-in and check-out was so easy. Excellent service and location. The house was clean and ideal for our family. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed all amenities the area offers. We had good food, sandy beach, shopping and entertainment within a short walking distance. We will return and highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals to anyone and everyone with a large family. The best part was the garage for parking. Excellent stay and lots of fun!"

The place is nice, neat and clean with a parking garage for 2 cars and its location is perfect and it’s close to everything within walking distance. There are a lot of stairs to go up so keep that in mind with your luggage and stuff you’re brining along with you. "

We take our grandchildren and our grown kids this is the first time we rented from coastal vacation rental I had to call the office for a new key cause my granddaughter locked us out they came right over in minutes . "We stayed at this condo for about three weeks. As advertised, it is close to the beach and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo was outfitted with much more in the way of towels, beach items and kitchenware than most places we’ve stayed. The only downside was the noise. The noise was not mentioned in other reviews we saw before scheduling. The end of the block has a turnaround used by trash trucks, street sweepers, large delivery trucks and weekend party trucks, which create a lot of noise in the unit. During the week is not so bad, but on the weekends there are also trucks with loud radios and folks who have walked to and from the bars late into the night. We enjoyed everything else about the condo but the noise."

"The condo was everything as described. Only suggestions I left was that they really need an updated coffee pot that doesn’t take 40 minutes tip make and/or maybe just a good cleaning of machine like vinegar or something ran through it. Also, a bath mat would be nice to step on when out of shower. The condo is within walking distance to downtown area and beach area. Due to family emergency we had to leave one day earlier than expected. I do recommend staying here and hope the rental company takes the suggestions we left and consider them. "

Response from Coastal Vacation Rentals: Bath mats are typically left out, unfortunately the guest just prior left them quite soiled so they were out getting treated. The coffee pot issue couldn't be replicated but we did run through several cycles of vinegar just to be sure there wouldn't be an issue in the future. "Enjoyed this condo’s proximity to ocean and downtown Pismo food options. Condo is located less than a block from the beach yet on a relatively quiet street given it’s just several blocks from “downtown”. The condo has a convenient 2 car garage with 2 bikes and full washer/dryer. It comes well stocked with all amenities. The only negative (for elderly or disabled) is being 3 levels, there are stairs to negotiate. Otherwise, it’s a winner as Property Management left it clean for our arrival. Only hitch was confusion regarding payment. VRBO only debits your credit card for their Service Fee. Everything else must be paid directly to Coastal Vacation Property Management. In spite of my last minute efforts for access information (I incorrectly thought I was paid in full), it took a last minute direct phone call to Coastal to clarify payment hitch and arrange for key pickup. "

The location was wonderful - one block from the beach and easily walkable to shops & restaurants. Having the garage available for parking was essential as beach traffic can take up most of the street parking on busy days. There were beach mats and chairs in the garage we could use! The bathrooms all had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. They even had a little kit in the downstairs bathroom of things you may have forgotten: toothpaste, floss, sunscreen. We were really happily surprised by how much the house had hotel amenities. And you can't beat the location, not even a block from the beach and a couple blocks from downtown. Perfect location! We walked everywhere, no need to move the car from the garage. "This is a nice clean condo just 2 blocks from the beach. Floors are all laminate, so there was no worry about staining carpets and bugs living in the carpets. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Starbucks coffee in the cabinet. Garage had 2 nice bikes to use, as well as boogie boards, beach mats and towels, and a sand bucket full of plastic shovels!"

"My wife and I stay in at least 2 vacation rentals per year and this one was the best stocked. They provided everything we could need, there was even a small basket in the downstairs bathroom with toothbrushes and other things you may have forgotten. Travel shampoo and conditioner was provided in both baths which we almost never find. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, bowels, utensils, ect. that you could need.
The place was very clean and well kept. It was a very convenient location so we only had to drive to go kayaking in Avila Beach and to rent some ATV's. Otherwise we left the car in the garage and just walked.
I would certainly recommend this especially if you want to be right in the hart of things or if, like us, you have teenage kids and don't want to have to shuttle them around.
The only problem we had was no wifi when we arrived and as the office had closed by the time we realized we tried to fix ourselves. The modem and router are in the closet in the kitchen and it appeared someone had put the vacuum on the router, easy enough.

"Located on a quiet street,this townhouse is a short walk to the beach. The house is comfortable and equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, and bikes. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials for cooking. Our group of 4 adults and 2 children appreciated the 2 stand alone full baths (usually 1 bathroom is in the master bedroom which makes it difficult for everyone to share). We definitely would rent this house again."

"We loved staying in 177 Ocean View. We were 4 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The condo was clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The location is perfect: one block from the beach, a short block to the center of town, with restaurants and stores close and enough space to park 2 cars in the garage. Will definitely consider staying here again. Check in and out was quick and easy.

One tiny criticism is that the pots for cooking were old and in bad shape, but I wouldn't change my overall review for that as that's par for the course. Next time I will remember to throw one in the car.
