"We stayed at 3 of the 4 condos at Oceanview Ave. in Pismo. 346 was not the best. For starters, the furniture was cheap. Every movement we made on the bed, the bed would slam against the wall, pillows were thin (thankfully we brought two from home), the walls had numerous holes/dents, and the kitchen cabinet was broken. Then, the WIFI would not work. CVR came to reset it, and we still were not able to sign into Netflix for the kids, which was annoying, but not worth bothering CVR again. Overall, we basically slept and showered there, so it got the job done. Laundry was a big bonus and loved that. I did see a for sale sign for unit 346, so maybe that is why there is not much thought put in for the unit since they are trying to sell it. "

The location was good- a few minutes to the beach and found a surf outfit one block over. The property was a good value. I would stay again. "

"This vacation rental is in a great location. It is only a couple of blocks to the beach or to downtown (5 min walk max to either). You do have to cross a busy street to get to the beach, so look both ways!

The rental itself was very clean on the inside. The amenities like bedding, cookware, and towels were great. It is also wonderful to have a washer and dryer. It would be nice to provide a hair dryer though. The outside of the condo could use some cleaning. There were a lot of cobwebs on the BBQ and outside seating.

The condo is spacious and great for a family of 4. It could have accommodated 2 more people with no problem. The Wifi was quick and it was nice to have so many channels to watch. Garage parking is also a plus and two parking spaces is a bonus. Parts of the condo could use some TLC. There were some doors that were hard to close and open.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to our next stay! Thanks!"

"Everything about this experience was incredible, beginning with the ladies in the office that took care of me. They were insanely sweet, especially about my military service (Active Duty Navy), and took care of my group in a big way. The property was ridiculously nice. I loved the two onsite parking spots, and the location was fantastic. It was just a few short minutes to the beach and to lots of other options within the area. We all loved the interior space, too. I have zero complaints, and would easily rent this location again! Thank you for everything. "

"We booked this rental the before and did not get there until 8-9 pm. It was very easy to get the key to the rental. Everything was clean and the condo was so convenient and in walking distance to restaurants and the beach. This is a huge plus for those with two toddlers like me! "

"This property is located on a quiet street and only blocks from the ocean, restaurants, and shops. The condo is well-appointed. Furnishing and beds are comfortable. The two bedrooms sleep up to two couples comfortably. There is no sofa bed in the living room."

Provided 2 covered parking spaces so no fighting for street parking .Only negative was no air conditioning, usually that's fine but it happened to be extremely hot this weekend. "Over all this property was good. I was a little disappointed that I was in the back side of the property. It is a 4-plex, so 2 of the rentals are in the back. From the picture, it looks like you get this great balcony that faces the street. NOT THE CASE.
