THE ONLY REQUEST I WOULD LIKE TO SEE CHANGED IS THE CHECKOUT TIME, WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A NOON CHECKOUT, THAT LAST MORNING ALWAYS GOES SO FAST AND THE EXTRA HOUR WOULD BE APPRECIATED, ESPECIALLY IS NOONE IS COMING IN THE NEXT DAY.

"Perfect condo for my husband and I. Walking distance to the beach, local shopping and restaurants. In my opinion the condo is perfect. The square footage is exactly were I want it, in the living areas and bathroom and just the right amount in the bedroom with plenty of storage in the built in closet. This is our second time staying here and love the added window which gives a view of the Avila cove. I highly recommend this light and airy condo."

"Good location. Did have a problem with ants. Called management and they sent maintenance with ant traps. We placed as directed. Worked for a couple of days but, ants came back. Other than the ant problem it is a cute condo walking distance to the beach, food and shops. "

"A stone's throw from the beach, very confortable arrangements. The furnishments were comfortblae (we especially loves the couch) and the kitchen appliances were excellent. The shower worked well. The bed was a very soft mattress, which was a bit difficult for us (we prefer pretty firm), but it was warm and we slept well enough. :) Thank you!"

"We enjoyed staying at this condo. The location was perfect and it was spacious and clean. It is all remodeled and looks brand new. It had everything we needed except entertainment. When we could connect to WiFi, it didn’t work. There is a tv but it was challenging to use. Loved this place and will stay again but suggest bringing your own devices with some movies. "

"This unit had the best location - 1 block up from Avila Beach. Because the building is only 4 units it is quiet - we only saw our "neighbors" a few times when they were going in and out. Coastal Vacation Rentals manages the rental very well. They were communicative and brought us additional kitchen supplies that we needed with only one phone call. When our keypad code didn't work they immediately were able to reset it and stay on the phone to make sure we got in ok. The on-site laundry room was great - stocked with laundry soap and a basket to use. I was happy that parking was available at the unit so we wouldn't have to be on the street. Easy to walk to restaurants and grab food to-go and sit outside our unit for meals. We also cooked in - the 2 burner induction stove worked well. Great experience overall!"

"Walking distance to beach. Very clean and everything updated and in good condition. Sofa bed is horrendous, however. This should not be called a bed. Other than that, everything was fabulous."

"4.5 to 5 stars for everything except the wifi which varied from poor to nonexistent. Didn't impact on our experience much (didn't bother us enough to call in about it) but sort of stuck out there like sore a thumb... like when your looking at restaurant menus and it goes into nonexistent mode "

"This was a perfect spot to stay, one block off the beach, quiet at night with the ocean waves in the distance. We loved the little porch to enjoy the views. Consider adding a coat rack or some hooks to hang clothes on since the closet is locked. The off street parking was a bonus. We arrived and no hot water but Coastal Vacation Rentals had the plumber out and it fixed within an hour. Thank you for that!"

Fairly quiet except that unit C has to use the same stairway which is along the bedroom. Overall our stay was very nice. Go to the Farmers market on Friday afternoons by the water all local food, products & music! :)"

"It was great one bedroom, close to beach and food. Would recommend as excellent. If you want two bedroom the unit next door "C" is also great. Would ask owner to install a good 54" blade fan in bedroom however (it was hot the whole time there). "
