"We were thrilled to have the opportunity to rent this beautiful home as our daughter was getting married in a beautiful courtyard across the street at Giuseppe's!
Walking in the home, you FEEL AT HOME! Beautiful beachy decorations, a huge living and dining area to gather with my 3 children. The bride stayed across the way at another Valentina suite so that was a plus to have this home gather and laugh on the couches together. My husband loved the deck area as he could stare at the beach and enjoy the breeze. Great outdoor furniture to relax in. Speaking of relaxing, the beds were comfy and the shower beyond impressive in the Master suite! The location is perfect as you are on the main street and it is an easy walk to the pier/beach. Our family will return in upcoming years as this home is a HOME to just relax, sleep well and create memories in."

"Gorgeous accommodations. Perfect location, spacious lovely decorated home with spectacular view. Quiet, clean and secure. Everything we needed within walking distance. After two years of lockdown in a big city, spending time @Valentia was just what we needed to feel whole again. Wish we had more time but will come back. Close to SLO, Solvang and Grover Beach. Everyone friendly. Sunset on the beach best getaway ever. Management top notch. Miss the sound of the ocean putting us to sleep. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you!"

"Great location in downtown Pismo. Very clean, easy keyless building access, two parking spots which was nice. Very quiet place with great view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This place was perfect for our family getaway! Location was convenient to beach and restaurants. Most importantly, it was immaculate! The only issue we had upon arrival was we were not given a gate code to enter the property and had to call multiple times to get ahold of the management company. I wish this was our vacation home. It was comfortable, cozy, clean, convenient and we all enjoyed our stay! Five stars! You will not regret renting this property!

"The property is in a great location and very spacious for a family of 4. 402 Villa had a nice view of the ocean. The cost per night was expensive but the pictures and reviews described high end accommodations. To my disappointment it failed in cleanliness. Amid this pandemic you would expect extra care to sanitize the property. My daughter had to clean food off of one of the bedroom doors and went around the house sanitizing. The TV in the master bedroom proved weeks of dust buildup. I doubt the remotes had been cleaned between guests. The balcony was disgustingly dirty and a face mask had been left behind. I called and spoke to the rental agency. Housekeeping came out while we were out but only dusted the TV. The balcony was not touched. Mentioned it a second time to rental company. The glasses and wine glasses are beyond their years of use. They were so foggy and dingy. We were skeptical to use them. Had this unit been clean as expected or cleaned after I complained; it would be worth the $500 a night I paid. Since it wasn't ... I paid a high price for dirty!"

"This place was amazing - had state of the art kitchen and was super clean! Exactly what we wanted for our stay that was ~2 blocks from the beach. 10/10 recommend!"

"The large suite was perfect for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The suite was centrally located in downtown and restaurants, beaches, and restaurants were all a short walk away. "

"This property was just perfect! We were here for a week in July but the family memories will last forever. Very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The ocean view from the patio and main room is slightly obstructed but still wonderful. The firepit/table on the patio was fantastic. The seating was so plush I spent hours reading, napping, talking there. The kitchen was amazing. EVERYTHING was provided including washer and dryer, crockpot, blender and even cookbooks! There was also spices, coffee, paper goods, ziplocks, etc. Be sure to experience the 6 shower heads in the master bathroom and the plush robes! Its the perfect distance from the beach. less than 5 minutes walk, close to great restaurants ( I recommend Rosa's) but far enough away to miss the beach traffic. We will be back. "

"Lovely facility. We usually rent 401, but it wasn't available so we rented 402. Smaller with a smaller patio, but still a first class place to stay."

"Weather was gorgeous. Great view from our room. Love the patio deck. Very relaxing to be out there. Dogs next door were a little annoying because they barked a lot. The unit was very accommodating for cooking. Thank you. TV was very hard to use in the living room. The kids couldn't watch the movies we rented and it was hard to watch regular TV. Overall I would give our experience a 8.5 out of 10. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. We hope to do it again soon. "

"Our family had a great stay at Valentina; would highly recommend. Everything was excellent, from geographical location to the condition of the unit. Walking distance to the beach and downtown. One would not necessarily need to drive anywhere upon arrival unless they wanted. The unit was clean, new and very well appointed. We had an absolutely wonderful stay."

"This condo was the perfect place for my family to stay for a few days. It is all on one floor and also has an elevator, which was perfect for my elderly father so that he did not have to deal with stairs. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well. The condo was clean and modern. My only complaint was that the beds were pretty firm, but that is just a personal preference. This is a great place, and I would highly recommend it!"

"The Valentina is a lovely property just a block and a half from the beach. Our suite was nicely decorated and had the amenities of home. The master bath was gorgeous. The only negative was that it didn't have enough pots and pans to make a meal for a group our size. "

"We recently stayed in units 501 and 402 at this property. We were pleased with the cleanliness, amenities and location. The units are spacious. The master bedroom in unit 501 is huge. You have a nice balcony on unit 402 that faces the ocean. The parking is private and the property has a security gate. The units are only blocks from the beach and shops. The wonderful Giuseppes restaurant is just across the street. We would love to stay here again."

"We were 10 cousins getting together for a major gab catch-up. Renting Valentina's 401 and 402 was ideal because we could easily go between both suites, and there was plenty of room for 10 women to just hang out, especially in 401. Renting these suites was better than having hotel rooms because we could cook a meal then all of us could sit around a large table in the dining area or be out on the huge deck. Also the Valentina's location is great because everything is within walking distance: wine tasting, restaurants, the beach. This is a perfect place to have a large family or friends get together."
