"Nice accommodation, we have stayed in the past in a different suite which I would select again. The unit we stayed this visit very nice but the street noise I could have done without. Did not realize it was the unit above the entrance. Otherwise very lovely condo "

"No hustle no bustle in a very busy place, Sun on the balcony great views from above. Just a 5 minute walk to the pier. All American cafe right around the corner. It’s Our Home Away from home for more than 12 yrs. Going back in August for my Granddaughters birthday they love it too. Old west Cinnamon rolls right across the way. See you soon "

"The condo was beautifully appointed, well located on Price Street and two blocks from the Pier, and had easy parking access. The management was very responsive to our early checkin request which is appreciated. The only minor issue I'd like to point out is that there's a maddening "welcome the Valentina" jangle played in a loop from speaker at the entrance and if your room is above that entrance, which ours was, it can get a bit tiresome over time. It doesn't cost a star however and it's a minor issue but when everything else is perfect, this should be an easy fix. We'll be back for sure. "

"Escaped the Bay Area for a relaxing weekend in Pismo Beach. The Valentina Suites was a perfect fit, Located within walking distance to the pier and popular restaurants. We plan on revisiting the Suites often. "

"This is a beautiful spacious condo. Its very quiet here and so close to the beach, restaurants and town. My only compliant is that the Master bedroom should have black-out blinds for street lights and the living room couch is not very comfortable for kids to sleep or daytime seating either. It gets very chilly with all the tile flooring and no rugs. The patio is great though and the kitchen is very large! We loved our stay. Fix the minor things and I'd give you 5 stars."

"The vacation rental was everything we expected it to be. It was nice to sit on the deck and see the pier/ocean. The corner unit is a bit noisy in the mornings with deliveries to the Italian restaurant next door but who is at the beach to sleep? Overall, we enjoyed our visit. "

"My family and I stayed at Valentina for my son's wedding at Biddle Ranch Vineyard. The condo was perfectly located to experience the beach and the wedding. Parking was great. The condo was clean, updated and comfortable with an ocean view. We had a great stay."

"The Valentina was a good option for our extended weekend stay for 2 couples with no children. The master bedroom was spacious, the 2nd bedroom was sufficient. The kitchen and great room were very inviting. While the signs request that guests clean-up their bar-b-que utensils after use, they did not. This issue was resolved by the office when notified the next day. The rental office was easy to deal with. Onsite parking is a plus."

"We were very happy with our vacation rental. My daughter had previously booked our weekend at another hotel. I was returning from visiting my son in Newbury Park and decided to stop in Pismo and check out the Pismo nursery & the hotel my daughter had booked. Talking w Bob at the nursery he mentioned Valentina Suites. I drove to hotel and was very disappointed, called my daughter and had her cancel reservation. Long story short I booked our weekend at Valentino Suites and loved every moment of our stay in our beautiful suite and also bought a beautiful puppy fountain from Pismo Bob."

"Nice condo, great parking, very clean. The only problem is being so close to the restaurants it gets very noisy. Lots of traffic and noisy delivery/trash trucks early in the morning. "

"We arrived a little early for check-in and we were accommodated. The condo was very clean and the location was wonderful. The parking garage was great and very secure. I would most definitely stay at this location again. My only concern was the overflow of trash. All the trash cans were full (big ones outside) regular trash and the recycled trash. "

"We stayed here for three nights while the kids were at surf camp--and it was perfect. The location is wonderful, our condo was spacious, and the washer and dryer came in super handy.

I would highly recommend the place. The kitchen is well stocked--and there are many great eating establishment close by. Two thumbs up!"

Guys played a round of golf @ Avila Beach Resort while girls went shopping & had lunch in San Luis Obispo on Saturday. Sunday on the way home, went to Sunday Mass @ the Mission in SLO. Also on Saturday morning went for a run on the beach"

"Beautiful place with outstanding location. Wine bar on first floor is really fun and outstanding. The heating system did seem to have a mind of its own, and the living room could use more furniture. But overall a great place."

"Family rented 3 units last July for Thanksgiving. Plenty of time to make sure units were clean. Light bulbs out in all 3 units, filthy dirty, condom wrapper in 1 unit, broken down furniture in all, leaky faucets, all refrigerators would not get cold, broken heaters, master bath shower would not get hot, public barbecues, 2 were out of propane, remotes batteries were dead, very dirty, run down. Very disappointed especially for what we were charged per evening. Over charged for dirt and filth. "

"The only problems we had were the garbage trucks from 5-8 am EVERY morning and street sweepers. Couldn't sleep past 5 am. They should not be allowed in residential areas so early. AND the windows on the Southeast side should have blackout shades to make it darker when the sun comes up. I'm on vacation. I want to sleep in past 5 am."

"We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend at Valentina Suites. The accommodations were clean, updated, and very spacious. We had a great view of the fire works from the balcony and we loved the location - quick walk to beach and all restaurants."

"The Valentina in my Central Coast Home. There is no better place to stay in Pismo than the Valentina. Whether its a family vacation or a couples getaway this is the place to stay.

The rooms are nice and large and perfect for a family. We have two young adult boys and we have to have two hotel rooms anyways so the Valentina allows us to be on vacation and stay together. On suite laundry is nice. If you wish to cook in the full kitchen has everything you need. They have BBQ pits for grilling. We enjoy a glass of wine on the patio at night.

"We were a little hesitant because this was more than we normally pay for lodging. But upon entering the property, we knew we were getting our money's worth! It is outstandingly clean both inside and outside the units. And every attention has been paid to detail and luxury!!"

"We were in suite 201 and it was great. Exactly how the picture looks like, but a lot bigger. Everything was clean and the suite was well put together. It was literally a home away from home. We were only suppose to stay 2 nights but because it felt like home we stayed another night. It was right in the middle of town so we was close to all the great restaurant. The only thing was the beach was a bit further than expected instead of a block and a half it felt like it was a 3-4 blocks walk to the beach. Other than that it was incredible. I will definitely stay here again."

"This was a very nice place to stay with friends. 2 bdrms, small but nice rooms. Huge living room and kitchen. The couch needs to be replaced. The bed in it was awful. It was like sleeping on lumpy springs. "

"Lovely old property with modern updates. Just a little weird having no staff on site, not that we needed anything. Could use more frequent spider web clean up on gates and rails, but inside was immaculate."

"We stayed at Valtina's beatiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Beatiful exterior plants and interior. The condo had all the amenities kithchen, and both bedrooms and bath. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable.

"The place was excellent for our use. It was very clean and was a perfect location for us. We are planning to stay there next year and plan to make reservations in April. The staff was very friendly and had all of the information at the business. They let us see as many places as we wanted too and just gave us the keys to check them."

"We have stayed here before, and the property is still just as good! Only thing this time was the cleaning person may have been on vacation, too. It was not spotless like before, had several issues. All in all, I would probably book one of the suites again without hesitation, and complain up front if cleaning was an issue again."

"We enjoyed our time at the Valentina it was a great experience and great location! Walking distance from great restaurants, beach, and shops. The only negatives were that the floors were filthy I have a baby and had to constantly be wiping him down, also I would have preferred blackout window treatments (personal preference), and the responsibility of cleaning upon check out when you pay for cleaning in the fee. "

The Valentina is a wonderful destination, the 2Bdr model which was very spacious, was more than enough room for a family with some big guys x-NFL. "We rented the entire building for our daughter's wedding weekend. We couldn't have been happier. The villas are luxuriously appointed and immaculately clean. Every detail is taken into account including fresh flowers and a welcome sign upon arrival. Ken was superb from beginning (over a year earlier) to end. The paperwork, which was extensive for some many units, was perfect, easy to understand and Ken handled all the various deposits and rents effortlessly. Coastal Vacation Rentals is an extremely organized and well run operation. We can't thank the group enough for making our daughter's wedding weekend so memorable!"

"We stayed here for family retreat. Clean, well-appointed, Mediterranean-inspired villas within walking distance to beach, restaurants. Need to fix up bikes in garage."

"A group of five women stayed here for a girls get-a-way weekend. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing. We would totally stay here again. My only recommendation would be to provide extra blankets and pillows (there are only enough for each bed, and a couple of us were expectant moms who could have used an extra pillow or two). "

"Description states "Offers panoramic ocean views" - NOT!! Another description states "fabulous ocean views" - NOT!!! Very disappointed with the view, to many obstructions in the way. Can see some ocean, nothing close to panoramic of fabulous."

"The accommodations were very modern and well-kept; however, I felt that there were too many notes/rules with threats of penalty charges. Just one example is a note that if the TV remote weren't left in the basket next to the TV, we would be charged. Having
guests clean dishes and take out garbage on the last day ruins the vacation feel. Also, for $390 a night plus a cleaning fee, I expect more. Check in/out procedures were fine."

"We had a great time staying at the Valentina. It had all the amentities promised, was clean, my kids loved the shower (very fancy) and we will be back. The only downside was it is not super close to the beach and walking there with all the beach stuff
was a pain."

"Noise: Trash Trucks - 8am Delivery Trucks - 7:30 - 8:30 am Street Sweeper - 7:45 am People Partying after 11:30 PM Glass and trash being thrown away after 11:30 pm Music / DJ Blasting until 10:30 pm People pounding up and down the stairs and the front
door slamming shut seems like a Motel 8 has quieter patrons. Parade of motorcycles and loud cars cruising Price St., especially on the weekends until after 11:00 pm Suite Issues: TV Remote needed batteries as it was dead upon arrival. Clock in Kitchen does
not work. So much wasted water waiting for it to get hot it could water a golf course. Kithen sink - No hot water no matter how long you wait. Master shower - Faucets are rediculous and no bath. Light turns off after a minute if no motion is detected. TV Channels
- "Guess which channel works" is not fun nor is any directory provided. Cheap plastic patio furniture. Camping gear for cookware, really? Alarm system beeps, for no good reason, all the time. Towels are about as cheap as you can buy. Electrical outlets and
lighting is like a MENSA test and some switches seem to do nothing, but there are lot of them so guess which is which! Rusted cuttlery No TV in guest bedroom BBQ's filthy and the tools to clean them were immersed in disgusting water? Coffee cups for sale in
the kitchen. Really? No tub in master bath and the faucets are rediculously useless. Beds are no better than Best Western. Prisoners are supplied with better toilet paper.
