"We love the Valentina Suites and have stayed with them several times
over the years. The inits are generally nicely equipped and comfortable. Usually, we have no complaints. Unfortunately, during this stay the fire pit was inoperable and the ice maker was out of service, one burner was broken and the washing machine door was problematic. I’m sure the problems would have been rectified had we complained, but our stay was brief and over Christmas weekend so we chose not to deal with repairs."

"Property management was great and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the microwave was semi broken and the ice maker didn’t work. In addition the floor could have been mopped since we were on the floor with our 8 month old crawling and our hands and the floors were dirty. "

"Perfect size for our group of 5 women- plenty of space. very clean when we arrived, instructions were clear, everything went smoothly. Especially loved the fireplace and the outdoor patio. Only complaints are that the carpeting was an odd choice, got damp easily and smelled a little. And the freezer part of the refrigerator didn't stay closed. But great place overall, definitely recommend! Awesome location! Very walkable!"

"We rented this unit for our children and grandchildren while we stayed in a smaller unit across the hall. Villa Valentina is in great proximity to the beach and to local businesses. This unit is spacious with nice bathrooms and showers, comfortable beds and great closet and drawer space. The kitchen was nicely stocked.. only further requests would have been lids for some pans that fit, coffee grinder and either a working ice machine in unit or ice dispenser on the property. Also, the lack of a crib, apparently due to Covid, was an issue for us, but we purchased one from Target at a pretty good price. The covered patio was lovely and we ate out there much of the time. This unit does have an ocean view. The private parking, elevators with luggage cart, and proximity to businesses and beach make the property a very convenient place to stay. We especially enjoyed the food at La Bodega and the coffee at Scorpion. All the kids loved the cinnamon rolls from nearby bakery. There was an issue with garbage pickup for the building, but the Coastal Vacations office was responsive to the problem. Staff there were very pleasant and easily available."

"We enjoyed staying in Valentina 202 and 203 for our annual extended family "cousin camp." We were also celebrating our parents' 50th anniversary. The rentals were clean, comfortable, in a great location, an easy walk to everything we wanted to do, and made for a wonderful vacation!"

"We had a wonderful time. We were celebrating my mom's 90th birthday. We actually had family members in three other units. It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The garage was great and my mom needed the elevator as walking is very hard for her. We most definitely will stay again."

"My overall experience was wonderful. I can't find one thing wrong in this condo that would change my rating. Everything was nice. The bedding was great. Not too hot or too cold. Simple with style and hint of color. Firm mattress. I took my own pillow. At night, I opened the master bedroom door to hear the ocean. Walking distance to everything downtown.

"Would definitely rent this condo again. My husband recently past away and I needed to get away and take a few of our kids and grand kids away to start some new memories. We were about 2 blocks from the beach (walking distances) and lots of shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and great condition."

"We were in town for 4 days and 3 nights. This rental is in a nice building on Price Street in Pismo Beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit (many close around 8-9 pm). Our only issue was with the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. While many aren't in the rental enough for this to matter, it was a slight downer for us. In a rental with three bedrooms, a small sofa and single chair are a bit shy..."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Valentina condos. There were a total of 5 of us - 2 couples and one child. The three-bedroom unit worked out great for us, and we LOVED the location. Every afternoon was spent on the balcony, which offered a splendid view of the ocean two blocks away. The bedrooms, master bathroom, and kitchen were functional and comfortable. My only gripe is the limited seating in the living room. There is a small couch for two people, and one lounge chair. Another couch would have allowed all of us to lounge together at night. There is seating for 11 around the dining room table - so go figure! My friend also had a complaint that the shower curtain in the second bathroom was moldy. They are only a couple of dollars to replace, and I'm sure that the rental company will take care of this. All that stuff behind, we really had an amazing time away from Los Angeles, and look forward to doing it again next year. "

"Our family was in town for a Memorial Service for our uncle, so unfortunately it was not a vacation for us. The condo was just perfect and allowed us to have good family time that could not have been possible if we had stayed in even the same hotel. The area became very busy on the weekend and parking would have been a nightmare had it not been for the dedicated, gated, covered parking at the complex. The unit was very spacious with high-end appliances and finishes. We own a rental condo in Panama City Beach, FL, so our perspective was not only that of a guest, but also as an owner. Check-in could not have been easier. A very famous restaurant directly across the street (50' away!) burned in the middle of the night, and we did not even hear the sirens! We highly recommend Valentina Suites. "

"Overall the condo was in good condition and very clean. I would, however, encourage the property management company provide bottled water or at the very least let the renters know about the water situation in Pismo. While it is safe to drink, it smells bad and is undrinkable, even out of the refrigerator which has a filter. "

"We found Valentina Suites on and it worked perfect for our group. We had three couples and rented a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. It was very nicely kept and clean. What we enjoyed most was it proximity to everything in downtown Pismo - all within walking distance. We loved being able to hang out as a group in the condo and play cards or sit on the balcony. It was very safe and secure and the gated parking area was great. The only draw back for us would be the price if we wanted to go with just our family. We split the condo three ways this time, which made it more affordable. Overall, it was a great place and a great location!"

"We rented this propety for our daughter's graduation and it worked out great. The property was what we expected and would definitely rent again. The added activity of the annual car show was also fun but it did make the parking challanging for guests visiting "

"I would definately stay here again- this place is decked out with all the upgrades. Definately better than staying at a hotel. The only two complaints I had was that most of the dishes were dirty- we had to wash everything before we used it- so dont forget to pack your sponge and dish soap!And that the sofa is not very comfortable and is too small for a 3 bdrm condo that sleeps 8- "

"We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa. The visitors that were renting that room wanted to extend their stay so we were offered an upgrade to a 3 bedroom 2 bath at no additional charge. When we arrived, the check in process was very easy and the staff at the management company were very friendly and offered to let us print any boarding passes in their office at check out. The building is beautiful and very inviting. The villa was clean, well stocked, quiet, and the beds very comfortable. We did not have any problems at all and will stay there again the next time we visit the cental coast."

"Very nice place. Would be nice to have more seating in the living room. The condo sleeps 8 but only 4 people could sit in the living room comfortably. The linens were sparse and very shabby for the couch bed. Very surprising for such an upscale condo.
Lot's of do's and dont's notes left everywhere.....If you want quiet be sure to ask who is staying above you. We had small kids that ran constantly and you could hear every footstep. For the amount of $$$ we will likely not be back.

"I would stay there again, but I'd take my shark. Oh! Also the can opener and toaster did not work. Everything else was wonderful!! Nice location and decor. I'd give an overall 4 1/2 out of 5."

"Generally liked the Valencia. Both gas grills were duds; could only get one to light and that with great difficulty. Would have loved a hot tub. Working with lock box was challenging. But, all in all I was happy with our time/place in Pismo as was our family."

"Very nice 3 bedroom condo. The kitchen was very well equipped, with a nice opening to the dining/living room. The master bath was fantastic. The shower was one of the best features of the condo!

The view was adequate, but going up one floor would have been better. We were in villa 203.

Good dining in the area, and the best of Pismo was an easy walk for us. The beach, the pier, and the dining on Price street was easy access.

We are already talking about booking our next family get together there. "

"We had trouble opening the main door lock. And the hallway bathroom wouldn't lock. Some issue with the door allignment. So for a group of 8, it was difficult to manage with a open bathroom. There was some hair behind doors in the bathroom. Otherwise the stay was wonderful. If those lock issues are fixed, we will be glad to return back every year to stay in this wonderful place."

"The thing I would appreciate more would be an Electric can opener, maybe a few more cookware pieces nd ESPECIALLY a higher quality patio set, this item just DOESN"T fit the other ammenities. Very Cheap...."

"We rented a number of units for our son's wedding and found none had diswasher soap or extra refuse bags. In order to satisfy our committment to leaving the unit clean and garbage removed, these items should be provided.

With that said, we were extremly pleased with the amenities, cleanliness and quality of the unit.
