"My wife and I stayed 2 nights, primarily because it's right across the street from one of our favorite Italian restaurants in California, the aforementioned Giuseppe's.
While we liked the kitchen and living room, the bedroom felt "compressed" and the bathroom had a "strange" layout.
We had a problem with ants throughout and we could tell the floors were dirty (not mop cleaned).
We loved the location but unfortunately the noise from Price Street and Highway 101 made it a challenge getting a full night's rest.
One of the nicest amenities was the garage with very large spaces and a security gate."

"We did not have the good stay at this vacation rental. first of all, the rental needs to state there is no A/C and only one window opens for air. Also, that the unit faces the busiest street, and it is obnoxiously loud. The bed is a full and in horrible condition my husband slept on the couch that is not even a couch which was also uncomfortable. We both woke up with back pain. Please take some unsolicited advice and make the unit more comfortable to accommodate for the bad location. To top it all off the water heater went out and instead of moving us we waited for 2 hours while the owner/Maintenace sat on the phone with tech support to fix it. Oh, and there is more we did not bring shampoo and asked if we could get some and they did not believe there was none and had us take a picture to prove it. This was our 27th wedding anniversary and was probably the worst place we have ever stayed. I would not recommend this place. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!"

"We had no idea what to expect arriving at Valentina but needed a quiet few days with easy access to the surf. We got just that! Well- equipped and cleverly designed the apartment was very comfortable and brilliantly located - everything in PB was within an easy walk. But having the car right under the building was a big help. The beds were notably comfortable (including the sofa bed- but note the only toilet can only be accessed through the bedroom). The piped music throughout the common spaces of the complex was of dubious benefit. We saw, but didn't use, the helpfully provided beach toys and bicycles in the parking space. Altogether, it was a pleasure staying at Valentina. We found the rental agency slightly patronising, and a bit clueless dealing with a credit card confusion ahead of our stay. But they did the needful and returned our safety deposit a working week after our stay."

"We enjoyed the Villa Valentina. Proximity to businesses and the beach is great, and the property has a more historic feel than I expected. This unit is on pretty busy street and has a lot of traffic noise. The bathroom is nice and large, but the bedroom is quite small. Living, dining kitchen area is adequate for a couple. We were at Villa Valentina with our children and grandchildren and ate in a larger unit. That would have been less pleasant in this unit... no balcony, and the kitchen was less well equipped, though certainly adequate. In general, the private parking for the building,elevator and luggage cart, proximity to everything needed makes Villa Valentina a great place to stay in Pismo. They were having an issue with garbage pick-up, but Coastal Vacation office was responsive to the problem. The office staff was very pleasant and easily available. "

"We had the best time and the stay was wonderful. so homie I was able to feel at home make breakfast every morning and start our day outings with a full tummy. so close to town everything in walking distance. I didn't even feel like leaving back home.... I felt safe. the high light was *The "bells man cart" made it so easy to carry up everything to our place. once inside at time I though I was in a mini hacienda court yard..... I was very pleased.

"We had to find a place that was available last minute due to a medical emergency in the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff we did have contact with was very nice and helpful. Despite the circumstances under which we came here for, it did help to keep our family together and in a beautiful place. We all said we would go back there to spend a long weekend. "

"Great place to stay right in the middle of Downtown, close to restaurants, bars, beach, shopping and pier. I appreciated the private parking garage, BBQ pit as well as the fully stocked kitchen. The property manager Judy was very attentive and helpful. I would and did recommend this rental to a friend who will be in the area soon. "

"This place is lovely, and perfect for families or groups who want to mingle together during their stay. The bedroom in Suite 301 is TINY, while the bathroom is large. Although the couch is a sofa-bed, I would never want more than 2 people in this particular suite. All others are large. I especially recommend Suites 401 and 201. Kitchens are modern and spacious. Fireplaces add a romantic touch."

"Overall very pleased. Couch springs were broken? And the advertisement/music playing in the building entrance and outside was too loud and annoying to hear (from our 3rd floor suite) over and over!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The only downside to the location is it is not on the beach, but we knew that going in, and the bedroom for 301 was a bit smaller than anticipated but not a big deal. I would stay at Valentina again without question, but next time might would probably go for one of the bigger units with a balcony and view. "
