This turn-key move in ready townhome in scenic Shell Beach is perfect for the discerning guest. Surround yourself in sumptuous furnishings and enjoy an elegant life by the sea. The entry foyer and 1 car garage are on a level between the ground floor with the primary bedroom suite and the second floor main living area. The primary bedroom suite is very open and spacious, it has views to the north with an especially great angle to view Port San Luis and the Avila Beach piers. Shades that open at the touch of a button will reveal the floor to ceiling sliding glass door that leads out to a patio with chaise lounge, perfect for enjoying a glass of our local wine and a couple chapters of a good book. The en suite bath has a large, walk in shower and separate tub as well as dual vanity and walk in closet with automatic lights. Just upstairs past the entryway is the main living level with a beautiful kitchen furnished with gorgeous white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances including a smart fridge and everything a home cook would need. Those home cooked meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar with 2 stools or the high-top dining table with 4 stools. The living room has a remote controlled gas fireplace, streaming-ready flat screen and large sectional sofa. As in the bedroom downstairs the wall facing the ocean is floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with automatic shades, which open double wide onto the deck where you have a small firepit table, gas barbeque, 4 chairs and a couple umbrellas. Just an awesome spot for enjoying our beautiful Central Coast weather and scenery. The top floor of this property has the half bath, which is just up the steps from the kitchen, and the second bedroom which has a queen bed, no TV, but also has its very own en suite bath which features a shower/tub combo. Other great amenities included at this property are a reverse osmosis water filtration system, an instant & tankless hot water heater, and surf board racks in the garage. Owner requires all guests to pay for an additional cleaning by housekeeping once a month. 1 car attached garage This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning. This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door.

"We absolutely loved our long-term stay at this property! When we walked in the door for the first time, the views of the ocean just took our breath away. The unit itself is spacious, really well furnished, and has all of the amenities you could possibly need. The grill and firepit on the deck make for lovely outdoor time, and you're mere steps away from the beach. The gas fireplace was a perfect way to start the day each morning, or end the night after the sun goes down. It's helpful to know that one bedroom is up the stairs, while the other bedroom is down the stairs, with the family room/kitchen splitting the middle. It's great for groups that want that separation, but families with younger kiddos might need to think that one through. There's some slight freeway noise that you hear most prominently in the upstairs bedroom, and the downstairs bedroom is street level and on the corner so you'll probably want to keep those blinds shut. Again, these are super small things and didn't matter at all to us, but it's helpful to know it. We can't say enough about how truly lovely this whole space was and how comfortable and relaxed we were here during our stay. 11 out of 10 stars for sure! "
