"We’ve stayed at this condo now for two years and they have been the best two years we’ve had visiting Pismo. The view is spectacular, kitchen is well stocked. We love it. The only issue we have is an incessantly yapping dog two doors down that apparently does not bother the owner. We put up with dog practically every day we sat on the patio. Otherwise this condo is special. "

"1st time staying, enjoyed ourselves. Condo was well equipped in the kitchen. Deck was very nice. Would have to say metal bunk was noisy, would suggest sturdier bunk beds, worked great for the grandkids. Nice clean and good sofa sitting area.
Kinda of wished there was a second TV in master room. But definitely planning another trip. Thank you for sharing your rental with us."

"This was a wonderful location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every day for meals and cocktails. Quick access to the beach. Easy keyless entry to the unit. Appreciated they had a Keurig as well as usual coffeemaker. Did have an issue with the lower bunk bed: it squeaked every time you rolled over, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Would recommend this unit, but hopefully the squeaky bed issue will be addressed. Overall great stay! "

"This was our second yearly trip at this condo. Great location. Comfortable furnishings. Had a wonderful time and planning to return next summer. "

"Just to be clear, I have no personal connections to anyone related to the rental or ownership of this unit.

Seven of us, three eight-and-under boys and four adults, stayed in a three-bedroom unit. Within the first hour, we were all saying what a great place we had. The feeling lasted all week.

The rental staff was very accommodating for our staggered arrivals; they managed the entry codes properly so that our first group got them when they needed them. As a matter of fact, from the day I decided to rent the place, the rental staff was polite, helpful, and attentive.

In the unit, we had plenty of room. The unit was outfitted with nearly every cookware item you could think of. All of the kitchen appliances were clean and in good working order. The laundry appliances were clean, quiet, efficient, and handy. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. Bathroom linens were plentiful; bedroom linens were fine. Beds were fine, too.

The access to the beach was through the parking lot--that turned out to be a big bonus for keeping sand out of the unit. The rinse hose at the front door helped, too.

"Condo was very nice and the location was great. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. Living and dining furniture worked well for 4 adults and 3 kids. All 3 bedrooms had good closet space and dressers. The only thing that would prevent me from giving this property a 5-star rating is the mattresses were not the best. Bathrooms only had showers, no tubs, but we managed in keeping the kids clean! The pool area is super nice. Overall, a great place to vacation. We have rented again for 2022."

"We had a great stay where we were able to enjoy the beach and maintain COVID safety. This condo is amazing in its location and view and had all the necessities in a property. Well appointed. Management company made everything easy for check in and arrival. "

"The unit is an older unit, but was great for the children and comfortable for the week. You cannot beat the sunset view over the ocean from the living and master rooms in unit 133. Lots of extra blankets came in handy for the crisp nights in November, but it wasn't cold enough to need to use the heater. Easy walking to restaurants and a few minute drive to the outlets and grocery stores. "

"Our condo was lovely. It was clean and updated and had some little extras such as a Keurig coffee maker with a starter supply of pods, but we did miss an ice maker. It was in a great location- close to the beach and town. In addition, the management company was very helpful. "

"This was not the first time that our group have rented this unit. Two guests were from out of state and as in the past raved about the location and easy access to Pismo Beach. The unit was completely updated and even with the parking lot construction we had a wonderful time. We look forward to booking this property again next year."

"the deck is right on the beach with large sliding glass door to open and enjoy the view. the property is just down the alley to Splash, Brads, Cool Cats, Harry's etc. walk out the gate to the promenade and the pier. everything is very close. food, shopping or just taking a stroll. up stairs are the three bedrooms/2 bath. master suite has sliding glass door with an awesome view of the beach and pier. place is outdated but the owners are planning a renovation next year. can't wait to go back."

"We had great weather. The location right on the sand made it so we had choices of "doing the beach thing" or sitting on the porch and watching others do it. We brought bicycles and never used them since everything was in walking distance. Fishing from the pier did not get us any fish but it did get us "Fun"."

The Pismo Shores complex is very safe and secure and very well maintained,only complaint would be the pool not heated from Labor Day to Memorial Day. 133 Pismo Shores is dated and the rate reflexes that. plan on staying again next year. "the place is a bit dated, but you can't beat the price or the location. walk out the gate and your at Splash or Brads or Harrys but your a block away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Pismo. Sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean. what a view. this is the third year we have stayed at this property and glad we found it. wish place had a bigger TV and more than one. furnishing and kitchen need to be updated, but overall a great experience."

"Location was fabulous, rental had everything we needed and more. Staff is hekpful and friendly. We go every year to Pismo and rent with CVR. Deposit was returned in a timely manner. Only critique is that the furniture is a little outdated, and bigger bbq would be nice when you have a bigger group."

"Great location, terrible king bed in master bedroom. It was like sleeping in a hole, I kept sliding towards the middle. There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and equipment. The pool was wonderfully warm and clean but there was a lot of sand in the jacuzzi."

"We love coming to Pismo Shores. I was disappointed in how dirty the condo was when I arrived.(bath rugs had not been washed,tub/ shower very dirty) I scrubed it and it came clean. I called and expressed my concern. Other than that it was great."

"Floors and bathrooms could have been cleaner, but understand much use. The master bathtub valve was cracked in half and in tub when we arrived. The other bathroom tub valve was cracked. I purchased two new valves from Ace Hardware and replaced both. Not really a big deal. Overall vacation experience was outstanding and we plan on renting again."

"Housekeeping was called to return and clean black mold from both bathrooms. New toilets seats were installed at our request due to broken seats. Shower door was frozen and needed new rollers installed. Overall furnhiture was disgusting, broken and smelly. Mattresses were horible. The carpeting was heavily stained. We have stayed in many units in Pismo Shores and this by far was the most expesive and extremely disappointing! "

"We have used this property before. It is a great location with easy access to local restaurants and shopping. The deck with full ocean view is a super place to sit and sip a glass of wine at the end of the day. Pismo Beach is easily within driving distance to many of the great wineries of the Central California Wine Region. Our only MINOR problem was connecting to the wireless internet in the house. No one in our group could actually make a connection. Who needs to work... we were on vacation. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay."

"The downstairs bathroom gave us a lot of problems, the seal was broken and still is as far as we know, I called twice and a man came and fixed it, he said, but he didn't."

"started on Tuesday and they were working on it til Thursday when water, gravel and sand came down. We cleaned the entry floor 6 times and washed tables and chairs. I feel this work should have been scheduled in May or September and not when renters were there paying $3500 for the week. The view and unit are wonderful but the timing of the repairs really dampened our visit this year."
