"We have been renting condos at Pismo Shores for many years now. It's a nice well maintained compound with ample parking and great security. Bill Day, the property super, is always so friendly, helpful, professional and is very dedicated to the upkeep of the overall property.

The specific condo we stayed in appeared to have been upgraded in recent years. eg. popcorn ceilings were gone, light switches, led can lights etc. Very comfortable king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Well stocked kitchen with all the basic utensils. "

"This was our third year at Pismo Shores. This unit was clean and the updated kitchen is small but functional. We stayed on the opposite side from our previous stays at Pismo Shore closer to the main gate. It was noisy when the garbage truck came. No other negatives. It's a great location. Steps from the beach and just a few blocks from restaurants and stores. We didn't have to load the kiddies into the car. "

The condo was not so clean. For the cost of the rental I expected a cleaner place. Also there was no frying pan available in the kitchen. It made cooking a little tricky.. I would have brought one..we loved pismo! But I think I would rent another unit"

"We have been staying in Pismo Beach at Pismo Shores for the better part of the last 25 years and absolutely love the location. Unit 148 is one of our favorites! My only negative is that the office staff at the rental agency is not very friendly. The reservation process is smooth, but when you go into the office to pick up or drop off the keys it is as if you are interrupting. I personally do not appreciate that especially when we are paying upwards to $250 per night! Other than that, the place was clean and well appointed. Not all the units are as well appointed. "

"The spa was out of order for several days because of a part needed for repair. Only one of our keys worked for the gates. The other key you had to jiggle alot or hope someone else came along to let you in or out. Otherwise we love Pismo Shores condos. Thanks, Carol O"

"Our family really enjoys staying in this unit. It is well (if not over) furnished. Great views from the Master balcony and easy access to the pool and beach.
We count the days til our next opportunity to go back."
