"The only complaints that I have was the unit itself. The owners need to invest some money into it. Its getting run down. Carpets were absolutely disgusting and need to be cleaned or replaced. Mold was in the shower grout. It seemed that the tables and furniture had not been dusted in awhile and my wife was vacuuming food off of the carpet from previous guests. Screens kept falling off the sliders and the clothes dryer should not take 2 1/2 hours to dry towels . We love the property but for the money we pay for this unit every year it needs alittle attention not only for us but for all gueats that rent 149. I hope next year we can see some improvement"

"Could not be a better location. The way the condos are set up, everyone has a GREAT view. My favorite is waking up and pulling back the curtains for the GREAT view of the waves from the bed!! Great location to beach and downtown shops. SUPER clean and cute condo. Coastal Vacation rentals makes everything a breeze!!"

"Our condo was supposed to be cleaned and ready by 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3:30 pm and the cleaning people had not even started cleaning the unit. We were not able to get into the condo until 5:45 pm. This is not acceptable. "

"I had called the property management to let them know the kitchen faucet was spraying water every where, slider was off in master bedroom and tv control did not work. No one ever came out"
