"Very clean and comfy "

"We have worked with Coastal Vacation Rentals for many years and have been more than satisfied each time. There staff is patient,
And efficient. This was the first time in 150 Ocean View. I found the condo to be very clean, in fact, spotless. It had all the things we needed provided. The beds were very comfortable. There is a short walk to the beach. Two parking spaces
Are provided and you can walk to town, the pier, and great dining. If I had a question or concern I simply called and it was taken care of be their staff."

"We loved the location and all the amenities in the home. The home was very well furnished with everything we needed, other than there was only one pod for the dishwasher,


Only suggestion is to remove some of the excess decorations like all the dried flower arrangements and the wooden plates and napkins on the dining table. Guests just have to move these out of the way and the flower arrangements are also a dust collector.

The large table had wooden protrusions hanging down on both the ends and the middle of the table, so some bruises from bumping into them when seated.

These were minor annoyances. Overall we loved the rental home!!"

"The vacation home was convenient and close to the beach. The jacuzzi and fire pit made our evenings even more spectacular where we roasted marshmallows and shared family evenings. The parking provided easy access in and out. We love it here! Golfed in Grover Beach! No bad restaurants either! Great customer service provided by the staff at Coastal Vacation Rentals. We won't rent from anybody else!"

"Very nice beach house, no steps anywhere which was great for the older visitors. Furniture very nice but not very practical with young kids. Walking distance to beach, downtown and yummy restaurants. "

"We loved this property's location! It was nice and clean. just to let you know there is no shower in the master bath. This was unexpected but there was only a few of us so we were able to easily use the shower in the hall bath. Also, the patio is off of the master bedroom which still worked out fine. We could hear the people upstairs and like another review said, it did sound like they were moving furniture. This is a very nice place and really close to everything! I would love to stay at this property again!"

"We have stayed in this property before and have always enjoyed it. Again a mostly enjoyable experience with exception of the people who stayed above us very noisy late into night and very rude. It sounded like they moved furniture all night with a very audible dragging sound. Best experience for downstairs is when upstairs unit is not rented or occupied with young children."

"We really enjoyed this rental property. Very nicely appointed with beautiful and comfortable furniture, a fabulous kitchen, and wonderful hot tub. The only thing missing was being able to sit on a deck and see the ocean. But we were only a few hundred feet from the beach so we didn't miss this much at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We will be sure to come back in summers to come!"

"Enjoy staying at this partiular condo because it is very close to beach and boardwalk, very nicely furnished, a complete 2 bdrm home, and all at ground level. It is perfect for persons who find it difficult to climb stairs. We feel no one will be disappointed when staying here."

"This is our third year in this property and it is always great. We have used this rental company for over 15 years and have found them to be the best. Overall experience is a 10. Only improvements would be more light in dining area always dark no matter what time it is. Master Bath drains slows but the other property we rented there also had problems. Sliding door going out to patio needs some servicing a little difficult to open. I cleaned it up getting sand and grit from underneath and it worked better."

"The house was in a great location! Close walking distance to beach. Nice playground with swings and slide for kids on the beach near by. House located not on a busy street. Loved the little backyard for kids to run around. Great grill to bbq and the firepit was great to make smores!! The only thing this home away from home needed for us was a strainer for the pasta I made."

"The rental property was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked. The outside patio was really nice with the hot tub and the fire pit. It was the perfect size for what we needed. The only drawback was when people moved in upstairs it sounded like elephants running above our heads. Also it would be nice to have some beach towels stocked there so we don't have to bring our own from home. Overall a good experience."

"The unit needed lights replaced in several locations including over dining room table. Also light by the easy chair. Reported to management advised that was house keepers responsibility. Flood light in hall way needs replacement but the bulb will not unscrew from fixture though a replacement was available. Also problem with sand in hot tub even after spa service was there. Used only once by family. The patio area never seems to be swept or patio table wipe off two years now. We have rented in this building for about twenty years and enjoy the location very much much. We look forward to staying there again next year. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this house was! It has an amazing location. We knew it looked nice from the pictures but it was so much better when we walked in and saw everything. We went with another couple and their 12 month old (we have a 19 month old) and it was so nice yo have this house to let the kids run around and enough space for them to sleep in separate rooms so they didn't wake eachother up. We will definitely be staying in this house again. We hope to make it a yearly trip. Thanks!
