"Location is Great! Condo was beautiful, it just had some Major Flaws�� The smell when you walk in and throughout the house was awful. Smelled like a dog or Cat had peed kinda Everywhere. Found someone’s dirty shorts and 1 sock under bed�� Couldn’t use the barbecue because of all of the mold n racks. Clean it up and make it smell better."

"Overall, had a wonderful time. The only real issue we had was the ants. The second day they came out in force and covered the kitchen and both bathrooms. Found some ant spray so used that and was able to somewhat keep them under control, but the owners really need to spray to get rid of them."

"We stayed at 160 with another family of four. The location was perfect, just a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. The condo layout is nice; the top floor has the king bedroom and loft trundle, the bottom floor has the queen bedroom and trundle in the living room. Everything is there for you in the kitchen, just bring food and good friends! Would recommend to anyone and hope to be back in Pismo to stay again! "

"House was clean and comfortable, had a very relaxing and welcoming feel. Walk took maybe 2 minutes to get to the beach, and aprox 5 minutes to get to the shopping centers and restaurants. Since the house was so close to the beach we were worried about parking since we took 2 trucks, but we had a space in the parking garage, and an extra space on the side which was great! Kids had a great time, we will definitely rent again!"

"Again had a great time at this condo. Overall, everything was fine. Did have an issue with the Bar-B-Que. It really is unusable and needs to be replaced. It has at least an inch of grease and food particles caked on the burners. We tried to use it, but the whole thing caught on fire. "

"Invited my friend of 58 yrs. and his wife from Denver, Co. They were really impressed with the place. We have stayed there several times and always enjoy it. Close to town and the car show and don't forget about Harry's. "

"Spent the Thanksgiving week with my family at this great condo. The location was perfect. The condo has plenty of spac for my entire family. We had a wonderful stay. The only negatives were there were ants all over the place (it rained so understand that ants were coming inside) the pillows need to be replaced, and there were almost no serving/mixing bowls in the kitchen. Really hard to prepare meals for seven people. These were all issues that could be fixed very easily"

"This is a very clean, two-story unit with about 1400 sqft. Overall there are two queen beds and two trunk beds (becoming 4 single beds when pulled out), all are reasonably comfortable. Tasty deco throughout this unit. Upstairs chamber is amazing. It is less than one minute walk to the beach, designated parking space (2) downstairs. "

"This was a beautiful unit. We enjoyed our time here. The only thing I would mention is the washer and dryer are very noisy and the slip cover on the couch kept coming off. But other then that everything was very nice and clean. Thank you"

"The property was exactly was promised. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking tools. The BBQ was great to use. The decor needs to be refreshed/updated, but overall very comfortable living quarters. We had a really nice time in Pismo."

"We needed a place quickly to attend a funeral and wanted to keep the family together. It was perfect for us. Enough room to keep the 7 of us from being on top of each other. The grandkids loved being so close to the beach, our kids liked being so close to town and we liked being so close to my wife's family. We would stay at this condo again. Loved it."

"My family is quite familiar with Pismo Beach. We visit at least once a year. This property is within walking distance of any place you would want to go to in well as less than a block from the beach. It's a very comfortable unit and well-maintained. We never miss eating at Fish & Chips or stopping in at Harry's! Hoagies is also a great place to eat. "

"This rental was perfect! This was my first time renting a condo and I had a great experience overall. The décor and furniture gave a real cozy at home, welcomed feeling. It is 1/2 block from the beach, and about 2 blocks into downtown Pismo walking distance. There was plenty of public parking for guests and the amenities worked great."

"As always our stay was great including the unit and location. However, I think we have mentioned in the past that it may be time to consider a new refrigerator. We have rented this unit many times since 1997 and I believe the refrigerator is the same...just something to think about. :) Thank you."

"The righthand sink in the master bathroom does not drain; the sink stopper needs to be adjusted. The shelf rails on the refridgerator door are broken and have been for several years. Other than those two items, the unit is in great shape. We have been using it for over 15 years! "

"We stayed here for 3 nights and the location was amazing!!! The down side was that the rental needed some repairs :( The upstairs shower would not close because the bottom was coming off. The faucet in the kitchen was also almost detaching from sink. The
upsatirs TV was not connected to the cable. I would stay here again but perhaps be more vocal and call the property management company to explains concerns early on.

"House was great. Though, for number of people, it should emphasize that some of those should be children. There are 2 beds within rooms and 2 that are not within rooms. But it was ok for the 6 of us. The only complaint was that the kitchen was void of any stocked cupboards. A previous rental during that vacation had all the cupboards stocked with spices, herbs, oils, etc from previous tenants. This had absolutely nothing. It was our last house, and we would have left our things for the next tenants, but we were afraid that it would get chucked out. As a cook, I think that it's a total plus that the cupboards are stocked with the previous guests' 's a good insight to previous stays, as well. But can't fault the house. Gave a 4 for "General Condition", but the issues are easily fixed and not for a review. Definitely do stay!"

"Have stayed in this unit many times over the past 15 years and have always enjoyed it...the location to the beach is a plus when taking the grandchildren!"

"When we arrived in this condo there was a terrble smell and the carpets were wet like they had been cleaned. We then noticed the mat by the front door was sopping wet. We called to have someone come look at the situation and they called back saying housekeeping was there and it was dry. I then drove the sopping wet mat to your office and still no one came to see what was wrong. When it rained that night the wall had bubbled and water was everywhere!!! This is why it smelled so badly and the carpets were wet. It really smelled like cat urine. If someone would have come when we first called the owners would probably not have the mess they do now. You did move us and the new condo was fantastic but I was very upset that no one came when we called and went in to complain when we first got there!!"

"We had rented another unit and were not satisfied with it and we contacted the office, within an hour we were located to another unit. The staff was very accomadating and very pleasent to work with. We highly recommend their services."

"Aside from the shaggish carpet needing replacement and the gas bar-b-q not working (think the tank was empty)- this place met all of our needs and you just cannot beat the location. We come here every year and would definitely rent this unit again! We love Pismo!!"

"We have been booking with CVR for many years and always receive great customer service. Check in/out are done very quickly and the rental units are always in great shape. We have never had any problems with this rental management co."

"Housekeeping left alot to be desired. Lights out in master bedroom (flood) plugs that didn't work in master bedroom. Filty coffee pot that hadn't been checked resulting in coffee grounds becoming moldy making coffee pot inoperable. TV in living room is about to go out. The sound goes up and down without using the remote. Blanket bon master bed didn't even reach across the bed. We have stayed in this unit for many years now and have enjoyed it very much. However, the unit is getting alot of use and doesn't seem to be kept up as well. B+ overakl rating. "
