Restaurants, entertainment and miles of wide beaches are short walk away. 2 Story condo features beautiful beach decor. 2 Master suite style bedrooms, each with queen size bed. Loveseat sleeper sofa sleeps 1 and Queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2 in the living room. WIFI and cable TV. Second floor bedroom has balcony. Kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, Reverse Osmosis System for filtered water. Washer/Dryer in garage. 2 Car garage includes room for beach equipment. Large private patio with table, chairs and BBQ. Second patio off dining room. Secluded outdoor sand shower with hot and cold water. This property does not have air conditioning. This property is equipped with a Ring Camera at the garage door.

"Don't hesitate to reserve this terrific condo for your next visit to Pismo. Great location near downtown restaurants and the wharf. With the 2 car spaces in the garage, you won't need to stress about moving your car and you can walk to everything.
Condo itself was perfectly clean and very well furnished with comfy furniture and plenty of glassware/plates, etc. Team at Coastal Vacation Rentals was helpful and pleasant to work with, and our security deposit was refunded very quickly. We will definitely book again."

"Our two month stay in this Pismo Beach condo was enjoyable given the convenient location to the beach and shopping. The online pictures of the unit were accurate and the accommodations were comfortable. However, we were disappointed by the lack of cleaning equipment which the owner refused to provide. This is understandable for short term rentals, but unreasonable for long term renters, especially as we were returning guests.
The staff at Coastal Vacation Rentals were extremely helpful and pleasant."

"Our condo on Ocean View Ave was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, windows and a well stocked kitchen. The only downside is that the living room furniture is worn out and seriously uncomfortable. The beds were fine, however, and the place was very clean."

"This house was perfect for our group of 4 - <2 blocks to the beach, great size, generally clean, and nice amenities (outdoor shower was key when we got back from the beach). Overall, would recommend to rent!

There were a couple of things that we didn't love:
(1) The listing states a private outdoor shower and grill, however it's actually shared across all other units (all of whom seemed to use it quite often, which was somewhat awkward / inconvenient as it was right next to our unit).
(2) The rental company wasn't always the most pleasant to deal with: One example: Upon arrival, we had closed the garage thinking there was access through the unit. When calling the rental company at ~9pm at night to try to get access through the keypad, we finally reached someone who was quite disgruntled and exasperated, telling us that she was asleep and that she couldn't do anything. Eventually her coworker was able to help us, but wasn't really the best experience.

However, despite these 2 pieces we obviously loved our stay and would recommend. Those are just two watch-outs if you do rent!"

"We stayed a month between mid-July and mid-August. The check-in was very smooth. The unit was very clean. The micro went out after the first week but the owner was very quick to respond and replaced it. The location of this unit is very convenient, easy to get in and out of. Being there a month we fixed most of our meals but we did eat out a lot so it was very convenient for walking. A very quiet place to stay, not too much traffic noise. We would definitely recommend it."

"The property description was accurate,the unit was clean and well maintained, the location was perfect and walking distance of the pier, shopping and all the restaurants. The two car garage was great to house our 2 hot rods for the Classic At Pismo Beach.

There are 4-5 things that need to be addressed, (see below) and if the owner implements our suggestions, we would gladly recommend this unit to friends and family.

In our opinion this is an older unit that has been updated fairly nicely, but could use a few updates.

For starters the front door has a key pad and key to get the door open. The key did not work correctly so our entrance and exits were through the rear kitchen door.

The front door and kitchen door doorbells did not work.

The sofas an chair in the living room were either handed down or purchased from a garage sale and were very uncomfortable.

The TV in the living room had 5 remote controls with no clear instructions. We had invited 2 other couples to the unit to watch the Warriors game, however we had to go to a local bar to watch the Warriors final game.

The tech staff was very helpful but after 3 attempts to get that TV to work they finally got the tv working on the second day of our 4 day rental.

Suggestions: Replace the old sofas and chair in the living room, fix the front door lock, fix the doorbells and add a combo USB/Elec wall socket in the kitchen and both upstairs bathrooms.

Otherwise it was a great experience"
