"What a fantastic townhome so close to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach every day and then walk downtown for coffee, cinnamon rolls or lunch. This home is close to everything - the stairs to the beach, downtown Pismo and Price Street for more restaurants. There are also two garages for your use. The main living area is on the third floor, so you can eat and watch the waves from the dining room table. The beds were comfy, lots of supplies and we were able to cook a couple of gourmet meals in the kitchen. "

"PERFECT! We’re still talking about how it couldn’t have been any better for us. We took our dog, so our only necessity was to walk everywhere with her and allow her to enjoy her stay too. We went to restaurants with patios, the beach, enjoyed drinks at several places, and simply relaxed at the house.
The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located as mentioned in the description. We will definitely be going back for another vacation and add a couple more days. "

The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals during our stay, and it was obvious the owners had taken pains to think of all the things their guests might need. The beds were extremely comfortable; the linens - bedding and towels - were all high quality and plentiful. We availed ourselves of the washing machine and dryer during our stay since we stayed for over a week. Everything, again, was fantastic. And the views, location, were unparalleled for an enjoyable, perfect Pismo retreat. Highly recommend!"

"Reserving the townhouse was simple enough but when the rep called to confirm our contract and go over a few details, her computer was very slow and the conversation took much longer than expected. Also we had to draw up the contract several times due to missed details about our pet.

The property itself was a pleasant surprise. The moment we walked in, you could tell it was professionally cleaned. It smelled fresh and new. The location and views were the best feature. Having a balcony and a rooftop patio was a huge bonus.

There were a few downsides which are easily fixed. The corners of the living carpet are trip hazards. Those need to be taped down or the carpet needs to be replaced because it's curled upwards. I almost fell several times and we had to put an object on 2 corners to prevent falls. Second, there were not enough garbage cans in the house and we couldn't find the main outside bins that were supposed to be in the garage. Third, there was no dishwasher detergent to do manual dishwashing, only dishwasher pods were provided. Again, very minor things.

Overall, we would return to stay at this property! "

It will be so much smoother and will save you money! The rug is being removed now and would have been sooner if not for the delays caused by Covid-19. "This beach rental was in the best location -- a quiet street and yet less than one block to the beach. Awesome views of the ocean from all floors including the rooftop deck. The rooms were nicely decorated and in excellent shape. Kitchen was beautiful with higher end appliances. Really nice to have the double garages too -- no hunting for parking necessary. Our only minor complaint was that the gas grill could have been cleaned better.
We would definitely stay here again when visiting Pismo Beach. "
