"Rental was as pictured but also had partial beach view from living room window. Large rooms, kitchen with all needed cooking/eating needs, beds comfortable, great storage, great washer & dryer, great location. Great locked parking with one outside visitor pass, Only minor issues-TV difficult to use, toilets really low, and thermostat difficult to regulate. Coastal Vacations great to deal with. Would stay here again."

"We had a good experience however the condo could have been cleaner. Hot pads in kitchen drawer were dirty needed to be washed and vents on microwave needed cleaning. Vacuum cleaner in closet had not been emptied. Everything else was pretty clean."

"This was an excellent place, great location, all the amenities were in great shape. The apartment was nicer than the pictures show! Our only complaint was the early morning noise - even tho it is on the 3rd floor, the garbage and recycle collection was really loud on a couple of days. Otherwise this is a perfect choice! Highly recommend booking directly through Coastal Vacation Rentals."

"The condo was in a great location. Everything was clean, which I particularly appreciated during pandemic times. We had everything we needed to cook and eat. The property actually looked nicer in person than in the pictures. The key pickup and drop off was very efficient and the people were very nice. We were also close to the restaurant that we like, Cracked Crab."

"Location is near the beach, restaurants, and near freeway access. Condo was in good repair and was a beautiful accommodation. Only negatives were that the room was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair in the tub and by the tub. The counter tops had a film on them, the mirrors in the bedrooms had not been cleaned and the walls and doors in the bathrooms were dirty."

"Stayed here with family for our sons graduation. Easy check in, clicker for gated parking, the other parking was just outside gate and had plenty of space. Within walking distance to pier, shops, bars and dining. The apartment was squeaky clean and smelled great when we got there. It had everything we needed and was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The unit was clean and had what we needed for a nice stay. The washing machine could use a cleaning on the seal (it was moldy). The couch bed was really bad but they had an air mattress available that was perfect. The complex is quiet, the courtyard is beautiful, and it's a short walk to Pismo pier."

"The location is really convenient - you can walk to anything in Pismo's downtown. It was kind of chilly the weekend we were there, so it was great that the place was spacious and we could all hang out there. It also came with games! We were missing a few things, but the management office was very responsive and helpful. "

"We were looking for some R&R from work and some relief from the central valley heat and this place was perfect. It was centrally located which means that you can walk to anywhere in town. The apartment/condo came with two parking spots which is a great help in Pismo because of the limited parking. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. When we arrived everything was sparkling clean. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. One of our best ABnB stays. Will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for 4 days during the Thanksgiving break. What a relaxing vacation. Was able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner with no hiccups. Beds were so comfy. Entire unit was roomy. "We were all over the place, mountain biking, wave skiing, horseback riding and checking out the sand dunes with sand rails: we brought four bikes, beach chairs and a wave ski, which all fit very nicely in a locked storage room adjacent to the parking space. Our car was in a gated open "garage", which felt very secure�� As for the condo, there was plenty of room for me, my husband and our two teens! Two full baths, including bathtubs and showers ( very happy about that!), the kitchen had plenty of tools to prepare meals, nice dining area. We drove up at night from our home in south Orange County; unfortunately when we arrived at 12:45a.m., there ha pod been some sort of mix up, and the condo wasn't cleaned. I called the after hours emergency line ( more because I was tired and grumpy and grossed out, clearly a first world problem��) just to leave a
message about the condition of the condo. To my utter shock, my phone immediately rang back; a very sleepy woman named Billie apologized profusely and told me she'd have the cleaning crew over first thing in the morning. We came back after our first adventure that morning, and the condo was spotless. I received an email shortly after that apologizing once again for the condition it was in when we arrived, as well as informing us that we were being comped a night for the inconvenience. That was so sweet and a step above; we'd stay here again �� There have been comments in other reviews about the noise; yes, the trash trucks do come through early, but after the first night, we didn't hear it anymore. Sometimes once you know what a new noise is, you adjust as you sleep. Great location, away from party noise, two great coffee places around the corner (Central Roast, Honeymooners). Walk to the beach is convenient and fun, you get to see the main streets and people watch along the way. Also, really fun pool hall/air hockey arcade down the street- fun for families with young kids up! Prop Mgmt took great care of us!"

"Unit 303 is beautiful. The decor is lovely, the beds comfortable, and it's very roomy. The kitchen is very well stocked! It had everything we needed. The unit is also located centrally, within walking distance of just about everything. The only drawback is the very early (6 a.m.) trash truck activity every morning (Tue - Thurs), and it is located close to the busy highway. "
