"Excellent location. Easy to walk to Dinosaur Park and along the ocean. Zorro's Mexican restaurant was a favorite and just down the block. We also visited a coffee shop and a great sandwich place (Sando's) a few blocks away. Pismo Beach is a nice town just a few minutes down Shell Beach Hywy. We enjoyed several excellent restaurants there: Chop Market, Cracked Crab, Ventana Grill, Honeymoon Cafe and Shell Beach Cafe. The house was very nice and having a laundry on site was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"I was moved to this property after the first property I rented was so filthy I could not stay in it. The first night in this property I pulled back the covers and the sheets were COVERED in blood stains, the shower did not work, the shower curtain was black with mildew/fungus and there was a brown film covering the kitchen sink. The couch smelt musty and the place was crawling with ants and spiders. If it were not for a work assignment I was obligated to complete I would not have stayed! I simply did not have a choice. I will be contacting my company American Mobile, who recommended coastal vacation rentals to me as well as other nurses, and will be telling them about this dispicable ordeal as well as my strong advice to NEVER recommed this company to anyone else. There is no point in paying a cleaning fee if the rental company does not ensure the property has been cleaned."
