"The property is located in the perfect place in Pismo Beach.

It is 1 mile from the door to the end of the pier, and tons of food and entertainment.

You are 100 feet from a tremendous view of the Pacific ocean. Saw numerous whales, dolphins and sea otters.

Beach access is a block away. Traffic on Franklin is minimal because the beach access is on the next street over. Absolutely perfect.

Coastal Vacation staff are great and the property owner, Bonnie, keeps the place looking great, festive and is a joy to be around.

Definitely returning here, God willing!"

"Amazing location, only 1/2 block to an ocean overlook and a block away from beach access (meaning that all the locals park on the next street over and there was zero traffic on Franklin).

All the amenities of Pismo Beach are literally under 1.5 miles away and make for a nice walk...including the pier!

This time of year (August through October) there are whales going south and you can see them passing by, playing and feeding from the ocean overlook. Dolphins were also playing in the shore break, often right next to the surfers.

The property owner, Bonnie, was super nice and welcoming. Rosalie at Coastal Vacation Rentals is great - work with her!"

"I lived in this apartment for 6 months for a travel assignment and now I don't want to leave! The apartment is perfectly located with easy access to the beach and a quick walk to downtown Pismo. Coastal Vacation Rental and the landlords (Bonnie and Chuck) are incredibly lovely to work with and are always very responsive to any issue that may arise."

"We loved our stay in this rental the month of July 2011. It was a great location and everything was clean and well-kept. The only complaint we have was that we had reserved an unit on top floor by putting a deposit on the unit the previous October but in May we were called and told that we no longer had that unit and were offerred one on the lower level with no compensation for the move. The lower unit did not have a king size bed which the one we placed a deposit on had. We were told that the units were exactly the same so were surprised when we arrived and discovered the difference in the bed size. The reason for the change was that someone wanted to rent the top unit for the whole year so even though we had a signed contract we had to choose a different location. Other than that one problem our stay in the rental and California was fantastic and we will probably do it again. Hopefully next time we can get the top unit."

"We had the best vacation we've ever had. The apartment was so clean and comfortable that we immediately felt at home and welcome. Beach access is just a block away, we were only a few blocks from downtown and our favorite restaurants and stores are a short drive away. The apartment even has a spare bedroom so the kids and their spouses took turns visiting us on weekends. We hope to do this at least once a year."
