Living room has comfortable overstuffed leather sofas, an original built-in bookcase, carved oak mantel with decorative fireplace, and large flatscreen TV for streaming. WiFi is included for every stay. Enjoy the breeze with a cup of coffee or wind down with a glass of our amazing local wine from the front porch swing. Primary bedroom suite has a Queen bed, sitting area, large closets, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, sitting area, and beautiful glass doors that lead directly out to the backyard with mature, water wise landscaping, complete with stone patio, pergola and koi pond. The second bedroom is off the living room and has a King bed with en-suite bathroom that features a walk-in shower. Eat-in kitchen is open, spacious, and fully equipped. Just off the dining area is the full size stacked washer and dryer and the half bath as well as another door to the backyard, closer to the gated parking area. Guests are not permitted upstairs for their own safety (narrow, steep original stairs). This home has forced air heating but is not equipped with air conditioning. There is a camera present at the front door, no view of the interior.
