The ground floor has the garage, where the laundry is located, and one bedroom with a separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the main living area with an open floorplan for the living room, Kitchen, and dining area and the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. Sliding glass doors lead out to a nicely sized deck that has a peak of the ocean. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range/oven, and dishwasher. As a woman owned and led business Coastal Vacation Rentals is committed to fair and equal housing. 

$25 application fee for a credit check is required for each intended occupant age 18+ First month's rent (prorated) and security deposit of $4275 due upon signing the lease.
