"We have stayed in this unit for many years and absolutely love it. We love the remodel they did a few years ago. The only tips I would suggest to the owners is replace the mattresses. They are very uncomfortable and beds are super squeaky. Other than rough nights of sleep, we love the unit. Best unit in the complex. "

"Loved this remodeled unit. We have been spending every summer for the last 10 years here at Pismo Shores. Pool, Hot Tub and Club House are perfect for our family. Our extended family rents 5 units here all at the same time and we enjoy this vacation. 130 is our favorite condo and we look forward to spending many more summers here. Kitchen is fully stocked and we finally have enough bath towels. Patio is great, but needs a new one umbrella. Overall, favorite family vacation spot. Breakfast and Hoagies is amazing, Lunch at Wooly’s, dinner at Zorro’s and delivery from Del’s are yearly favs. Can’t beat the cinnamon rolls and Beachin Biscuits is a must. My dad came here as a kid with his family and now he enjoys time with the grandkids. Love this place!"

"Great time had by all. Great weather for early April which added to good time. Property was very clean. Kitchen sink faucet needs some attention and NO INFO packet either at property or available at rental office. Great location, location,location "

"We absolutely love the Pismo Shores Complex. This is our favorite condo. Love the beach access and pool area. We have been staying here for many years now and it has been great. But this year was a welcome surprise with all of the much needed remodeling. Only thing I will say that needs improvement is the amount of utensils. With a large family, we don’t like washing between breakfast and dinner. Other than that, amazing place. "

"Our family has stayed at the Pismo Shores facility for many years. We have always enjoyed our stay and did so again this year. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic forced the facility to close the spa and limited access to the pool. We understood the reason for doing so, however, the restrictions could have been handled differently. Bill, the day supervisor, was exceedingly kind and apologized about the new restrictions. However, he is off on Sunday and Thursdays and therefore the pool was closed. Shouldn't Coastal Vacation have hired someone to come in on those days to supervise the pool so renters could have had access to the pool? When the pool has limited access, shouldn't Coastal have given a discount, like $100 per day, when the spa was not available? We have children who love to swim in the pool or sit in the spa after a cold day at the beach. There needs to be some adjustment to the daily rate when the spa and pool are not available. We are incredibly pleased with the cleanliness and décor of #130 and it fits our family needs. We will continue to reserve our accommodations in the future, however, if the pool and spa are not available then we will request a discount or cancel our reservations. "

"This was the 18th year we have stayed in the Pismo Shores Estates during the summer. Our children have grown up knowing this would be a constant in their lives. The staff at vacation coastal rentals have always been so courteous to us and we would not go anywhere else for our rental needs. We love being in the front condos and having that million dollar view. Being in a gated area helps during the weekends since it gets so crowded downtown. Thank you to the owners of 130 for allowing our family to enjoy such a beautiful place each year."

"Our family has stayed at the Pismo Shores for the last 6 years and if you have children it is the best place in Pismo. Access to the beach, ocean views, parking, swimming pool and club house make it the ideal location. It is great for the kids because they can walk and play on the beach and then return to the condos and take a swim in the pool or relax. The kitchens are well equipped so there is no need to travel outside the facility for meals. All in all a great place to stay in Pismo. "

"We love staying in 130. It's fully stocked for beach trips and cooking, and is very clean. Only a few upgrade suggestions (beds are a bit lumpy and the curtains in the living area make it hard to get the entire view of the beach). We have little ones so it's perfect for keeping them entertained even on days when we didn't actually go on the beach.

The property is clean, quiet and the perfect location to downtown so you never really have to drive anywhere. We look forward to our week stay every year!"

"Pismo Beach has been my families favorite vacation destination since I was a child nearly 60 years ago. We have stayed at the Pismo Shores since they were built. It is a perfect place for children to have a great time since you can walk out to the beach, swim in the pool and spend hours relaxing in while overlooking the beautiful views of Pismo. We enjoy our visit each year and already looking forward to next year. "

"This was our fourth year staying at the Pismo Shore Estates and my family loves the experience. What makes the property unique is the access to the beach and the swimming pool and spa. "We had a wonderful time at this location. We had a group of 8 women. The deck overlooked the beach so if some of our group wanted to stay back at the house the other part of the group could walk downtown and shop. It was fabulous!"

"This is the 12th year in a row we have stayed in Pismo Shores Estates. This is the second year we have stayed in 130. The location is the best. You can sit out on the balcony all day and watch the whales play. The condos are always very clean when we check in. It was a little warmer this year so it would be nice if there were ceiling fans in the rooms. Always a pleasure spending our 2 weeks in Pismo during the summer. "

"We had another great stay at Pismo Shores. We found our accommodations clean and comfortable. It is a perfect vacation spot especially when you have small children who like the beach and then spending time in the pool. We did find there were teenagers who jumped the pool fence and were causing issues for families staying at the facility. More security is needed to prevent this from happening in the future. The kitchen utensils need to be upgraded. We found several that were in need of being replaced. "

"My niece graduated from Cal Poly this year and my family decided to make it a week-long vacation. We couldn't have made a better choice. It was wonderful having my grandchildren and their parents all enjoying the beach together."

"We recently stayed at this rental for Spring Break. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and close to restraunts and shopping. The layout of the condo is a bit choppy but the two large balconies add great space to visit and enjoy the views. "

"The property is clean and a very secure site. It is so secure that you can expect to use a key to enter and leave pedestrian gates. The contract was a little vague on the parking opportunites for guests. Our space included a two car garage and other guests were welcome to use the guest parking within the gates. One of the two bathrooms was located in the master bedroom which is awkward for a large group. Galley style kitchen, fully stocked and a large pantry. The #130 unit is listed as a single level but really does have two levels and there are stairs if you are bringing small children you may need safety gates. We experienced TV issues but the property management staff tried very hard to remedy the solution. However you should know that the cable is only available on the main TV and master bedroom. You should bring movies or have a Netflixs account to access movies in the other rooms. We basically didn't have access to the main room TV for various unexpected problems that could not have been forseen by the property. Unfortunate, but shouldn't be a problem for future guests.
I don't think you will find better views and immediate beach access at other condo locations. We could sit in the living room or the two decks and see amazing sunsets. Windows in the master bedroom and dining area allow for full ocean views from most of the indoor areas. It is located just to the north of the Pismo Pier with easy beach access. (behind the cinnamon roll shop. Very quiet location and clean! The property has a 7 day min. in order to rent the spot which is can create some issues for those just wanting less days. We actually had great time, after our initial adjustment to keys, parking, bathroom logistics. "
